Description / Access Information
West Fork Prairie Creek Trail #133:
The trail up the West Fork is infrequently used, so it offers more solitude than other outings in the region. It crosses a geologically interesting landslide/slump and can be very rocky in sections. Beyond these features, it has no significant “destination.” As you get higher along the trail it fades in and out, but being in, or near to the bottom of the drainage, it is soon picked up again. Eventually, it does fade away all together.

Directions: Drive north on Highway 75 to Prairie Creek Road (18.6 mi). Turn left and follow the dirt road to the parking loop and trailhead (2.6 mi).
